Hey, I’m Tiara, the CEO of Royal Tea & Herbs. I used to be plagued with an unbearable menstrual cycle, uterine fibroids, and ovarian cysts. I knew there had to be another way, there just HAD to be. So guess what I did. I rebelled, I decided that I was gonna heal my body on my own. I believed that I could ease my symptoms and get to the root cause of my issues without artificial chemicals. And that is EXACTLY what I did! After months of study, learning from my mentor, and faith, I created Self Love. Fast forward a few months and I was able to reduce the size of my fibroid and regulate my cycle.

Holistic health is based on healing the root cause of an issue, not just treating the symptoms. This involves looking at all parts of your health, from mental, emotional, to physical.
The main difference is the packaging. Loose leaf allows for you to measure your own strength of the tea, while the tea bags are already measured and packaged for easy consumption.
Not all teabags are made equal. While major brands use teabags heavy in microplastics. OUR brand uses teabags made from a special blend of wood fibers, making it bio-degradable and compostable.
Everyone is different so the answer varies. Typically you will see results after the first cup, but for lasting results, we recommend drinking 2-3 cups a day. Our products have instructions for safe consumption.)
We do not recommend drinking or taking any herbs without consulting your primary physician first. Unless you contact us directly for a custom blend, we can not be sure that herbs will react positively with your medications.
We offer a variation of shipping and delivery options. All shipments are placed on Tuesdays. Expect delivery with 3 days, which is usually Friday or Saturday. Please consider that our products are made in small batches, this takes time.
