Hi, I'm Tiara Gooden, founder and CEO of Royal Tea & Herbs. My journey began with my own search for answers. After struggling with painful menstrual cycles, uterine fibroids, and ovarian cysts, I became determined to learn more about the healing potential of herbs and natural wellness. I dedicated myself to studying herbalism, learning from trusted mentors, and researching how herbs, nutrition, and intentional self-care can work together to support overall well-being.
That passion led me to create Royal Tea & Herbs. Every herbal blend is thoughtfully handcrafted using carefully selected ingredients with safety, quality, and transparency at the forefront. Our goal is to provide products that support a wellness-focused lifestyle while encouraging mindful daily rituals. While our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, they are created to complement a healthy lifestyle and inspire intentional self-care.
